Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This privacy policy explains how Q-Bridges GmbH processes personal data at MyJobFinder AI. It applies to our website and the features offered there. Section 14 contains additional information on personal details that we receive from external job sources.

1. Data Controller

The controller responsible for data processing is:
Q-Bridges GmbH
Hohenzollerndamm 193, 10717 Berlin, Germany
Managing Director: Christian Rose
Email for data protection enquiries: datenschutz@jobs.q-bridges.com

You can contact us at this address with any questions about the processing of your personal data and to exercise your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Depending on the feature used, we process the following data:
• Account data such as name, email address, telephone number where applicable, and login information. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
• Professional profile data such as CV, professional experience, skills, language skills, salary expectations, work preferences, career goals, and desired regions and industries.
• Usage and content data such as search queries, filters, saved jobs, applications you manage, text input, generated results and notification settings.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser information, session identifiers and times of access and errors.
• Contract and billing data such as the chosen plan, term, price, payment status and payment references.

For registration and for carrying out the feature you request, we need the details marked as required there. Without these details we cannot provide the feature concerned. Any further details are voluntary.

Please remove from CVs and free texts any details that are not required for the feature you want, in particular health data, details of a disability, religion, trade union membership or sex life. Do not upload personal data of other people that is not needed for the feature. A normal application photo is not, for that reason alone, biometric data for unique identification. We do not need a photo for job matching.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to set up and manage your account and for the features you request, in particular job search, profile matching, managing your application activities and AI-supported application aids. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as the processing is necessary to perform our contract or to carry out your pre-contractual request. The use of external AI service providers is explained in sections 5 and 9.

We also manage paid services ordered and payments on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Statutory bookkeeping and retention are based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We send optional job alerts by email on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link or in your settings. Necessary account, security and contract messages are not affected by this.

Technical logs and necessary security checks serve to protect our systems, detect misuse and fix errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in secure and functioning operation. The same applies to the necessary handling of general contact requests and to the assertion or defence of legal claims; we handle contract-related requests under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

You can withdraw voluntary consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.

4. Data Retention

We process account data and stored profile data for as long as they are required for your account and the features you use. After you delete your account, we remove the data that is no longer required from our active systems within 30 days. We store backups in encrypted form, keep them for 30 days and delete them afterwards. Backups are not available for day-to-day operation; they exist solely to restore service after an incident. If we have to restore a backup, we delete again, before the service is started, every account that was deleted after that backup was made. For this we keep a deletion log that contains only the internal identifier of the account and the time of deletion, no content, and that we delete after 90 days. Other data that you deleted within your continuing account may be present again for a time after a restore; we then delete it again as soon as we become aware of it.

The following periods apply to logs: access logs of the application server 15 days and of the upstream web server 14 days; application and error logs including the system journal 30 days. In addition, the operating system of the server keeps its own logs, for example about logins to the server and about blocked attacks; they contain no content from your account and are overwritten on a rolling basis. Furthermore: personal security logs, in which we record security-relevant events with time, account and IP address, 90 days. Counters for lockouts and rate limits are deleted after 7 days, unused login sessions after 30 days without activity. We store data for longer only where a specific security incident or a legal claim requires it. Genuinely anonymised statistics no longer allow conclusions about individuals; pseudonymised identifiers remain personal data.

For emails we send, we keep a record containing the time, the recipient address, the type of message and whether delivery succeeded or why it failed. It is deleted after 180 days. Notes about failed deliveries have no separate period; they are removed when your account is deleted, which happens 30 days after your deletion request.

We delete posts in the Job Talk 3 days after they are sent, together with the reactions and mentions that refer to them (section 15). The counter we use for your daily allowance of AI features is deleted after 90 days. Records of consent you have given to or withdrawn from AI processing are kept for as long as your account exists; they are removed when the account is deleted.

We delete support enquiries 180 days after they reach us, together with any file you attached to them. If you wrote to us directly or we replied to you, the message is also held in our mailbox; the retention rule of that mailbox applies there. Where correspondence is subject to statutory retention obligations or is required to clarify specific claims, the corresponding longer periods apply.

We keep proof of purchase and contract for six years, and invoices as well as records of payments and refunds for eight years. Both periods start at the end of the calendar year in which the record arose, not on the date of purchase; statutory extensions remain possible. These data are limited to their retention purpose and are not used any further for job matching.

For service providers, the storage and deletion terms agreed for the respective service apply; they are set out in section 5. A statutory obligation to retain invoices does not justify continuing to store your entire CV. The German version of this privacy policy is authoritative.

5. Third-Party Services

The service providers described below are given access to personal data where this is necessary for the respective feature. Where a provider processes data on our behalf, an agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is required. Some providers additionally process certain data as controllers in their own right.

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestrasse 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, operates the server that holds our application, the database and the backups. This involves account, profile, content and technical data in particular. Processing and backup take place in the Falkenstein data centre in Germany. A data processing agreement is in place with Hetzner. The periods set out in section 4 apply to the data and backups stored there.

Editing documents in the browser: CV versions, cover letters and negotiation scripts can be edited directly in the browser in a word processor. For this we use the software Collabora Online, which we operate ourselves on our server at Hetzner (see Hosting); no data is transmitted to Collabora Productivity Ltd. or any other recipient. We process the opened document with the information it contains, the changes made, the identifiers of the account and of the version, an access key for the session that expires after two hours, and technical data such as the IP address. The sole purpose is editing the document; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. During editing, the software keeps a working copy on the server. The saved version is stored in the user account like the other versions. A record of editing sessions (times and the version concerned, no content) is kept for as long as the account exists and is removed when the account is deleted. We delete the software's logs after no more than seven days.

AI language models in the setting “European language model”: Mistral AI SAS, France, processes the profile details, input and job information transmitted for the respective feature. A data processing agreement is in place with Mistral; processing takes place in the European Union, and your data are not used to train the models.

AI language models in the settings “Best quality” and “Recommended”: Anthropic PBC, USA, processes the profile details, input and job information required for the respective feature via the Claude API. A data processing agreement is in place with Anthropic; your data are not used to train the models. For the transfer to the USA see section 10.

Voice output and voice input in interview training: when you have questions read aloud in interview training, we send the text of the question to the Azure Speech service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland; Microsoft converts it into speech. Before reading aloud, we remove contact details from the text. When you answer by microphone, your browser sends the recording directly to the same service, which converts it into text; we only receive the recognised text. Your browser obtains access via a token that expires after about ten minutes. Processing takes place in Microsoft’s “West Europe” data centre in the Netherlands. The sole purpose is voice output and voice input during training; we do not store recordings or audio files. Microsoft processes the data as our processor. The basis for this is Microsoft’s data protection terms for Online Services (Data Protection Addendum), which apply to our Azure account. Microsoft does not permanently store the audio and text of the speech services. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract); insofar as the text may contain special categories of personal data, the legal basis is your existing consent to AI processing under Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. The voice features are available in all AI settings, including “European language model”. They are optional; you can always type and read instead. For the transfer to the USA see section 10.

Email delivery: Brevo SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France, sends our system messages and your job digests. For this purpose we transmit your email address, your name where applicable, the content of the message and the technical details required for delivery. Our own delivery record is deleted after the period stated in section 4. Brevo provides information about its processing, including any delivery and opening information, at https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/.

Payments: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland, processes contact and billing details, payment information, transaction data and, where applicable, technical data for fraud prevention. Depending on the activity, Stripe acts as a processor or as a controller in its own right, for example for statutory verification duties and certain fraud prevention measures. We receive the payment status and billing references as well as customer and subscription identifiers, plan, term, subscription, cancellation and pause status and, for refunds, amounts, currency and refund identifier. For payment we forward you to a page operated by Stripe; you enter your payment details there and not on our site. Information about processing by Stripe is available at https://stripe.com/privacy. International transfers are explained in section 10.

Business mailboxes: our addresses under q-bridges.com are provided via Microsoft 365, our addresses under myjobfinderai.com via GoDaddy. This involves sender and recipient details, message content, attachments and technical communication data. When you write to us, your message reaches one of these mailboxes; the periods for support messages are stated in section 4.

We generate images for editorial content by hand via Hugging Face, Inc., USA, which passes the request on to the compute service fal.ai (Features and Labels, Inc., USA). Only image descriptions written by us are sent there, never data of our users; these services are not called from the running platform. The generated images are stored on our server; when they are displayed, your browser does not contact those providers.

Company icons on job and employer pages are fetched by our server from Google LLC, Mountain View, USA, and from DuckDuckGo, Inc., USA; if neither has one, our server fetches it directly from the website of the company concerned. In every case they are delivered to you from our server. Only the internet address of the company concerned is transmitted; your browser does not connect to that service, and no personal data of yours are transmitted.

Where we are legally obliged to do so, or where this is necessary to assert or defend claims, competent authorities, courts and legal or tax advisers may receive the required data. We do not transmit personal data to third parties for their own advertising without a separate legal basis and corresponding information.

6. Security Measures

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss and unlawful alteration. These include encrypted connections, protected login procedures, role-based access rights and measures to detect and limit misuse. We do not store passwords in plain text. We review our measures and adapt them in line with the risk and technical developments.

7. Your Rights (Art. 15-22 GDPR)

Subject to the respective statutory requirements, you have the right of access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). A data export in your account does not replace your full right of access.

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data concerned unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. You may object at any time, without giving reasons, to processing for direct marketing, including related profiling.

You may withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Use the existing settings or unsubscribe functions for this, or write to datenschutz@jobs.q-bridges.com. You do not have to use any particular form or account function to exercise your rights.

We generally respond to requests within one month. If a legally permissible extension is necessary, we will inform you of the reasons within that month. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may request the additional information needed to confirm it. Your options for lodging a complaint are described in section 11.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and comparable storage technologies to provide the features you request. Where storage or access is strictly necessary for this, it takes place without consent under § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. The subsequent processing of personal data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract features and on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for necessary security features.

session_token: first-party cookie for login. Duration: 24 hours, with “Stay signed in” seven days. Legal basis: Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; processing under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

mjf_session: first-party cookie for the application session, for example language choice, session information and protection of the login process. Duration: until the end of the browser session (session cookie without a fixed expiry date). Legal basis: Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; processing under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Local Storage of your browser. Duration: until you delete the entries (browser settings). Legal basis: Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG:
- lang, ui_language: the interface language you chose, so that the page scripts stay in that language. It is only stored once you choose a language yourself; before that, nothing is stored.
- darkMode: the display mode you chose.
- userCurrency: the currency you chose.
- visibleColumns: the columns you chose for the job list.
- mjf.sources.collapsed: whether the source list is collapsed.
- banner_dismissed_<Datum>, wz_cv_dismissed, coach_privacy_seen, chat_widget_closed: which notices you have closed.
- mjf_seen_mentions, mc_seen_mention_ids: mentions in Job Talk you have already seen.
- tracker_merk_sort: the sort order chosen in the application tracker.
- mjf_cv_layout: the CV layout you chose.

Session Storage of your browser. Duration: until you close the tab or browser. Legal basis: Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; processing under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR:
- auth_email: the email address entered when logging in or registering, so that it is kept when switching between the forms.
- banner_dismissed, profile_popup_shown: notices already shown or closed in this session.
- mc_raum: the room chosen in Job Talk.
- mjf_ic_stelle, mjf_auftrag_interview_prep, mjf_auftrag_cv_optimize_<Sitzung>, mjf_cv_ergebnis_<Sitzung>: your entries and running jobs in the interview and CV coach, so that reloading the page does not lose them.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser. This may affect login, language settings or other features you want. If you start an external login or payment process, the information on the respective provider in this policy also applies.

Our pages do not load scripts, fonts, images or other content from third-party servers; you only reach Stripe, Google or LinkedIn if you start a payment or login process there. We do not set any other cookies or browser entries, in particular none for analytics or advertising.

Page views and campaign origin: We count views of our pages solely as daily totals per page and origin (campaign details in the link or the referring website). For this we neither set nor read cookies, we store no IP address and no device characteristics, and we use no third-party services. If you arrive via a link with campaign details, for example from an advertisement, and register, we carry the source, medium and campaign from this link into your registration and store them with your account to see which advertising works. If you register via Google or LinkedIn, we keep this information only for the duration of the sign-in process in the session that is used for it anyway. We do not pass this information on, and it is deleted together with your account. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our service and our advertising.

9. Use of AI

Job matching: we compare your professional profile details with job postings. In doing so, we combine calculations on our systems with an assessment by an external language model. For this purpose we transmit professional details from your profile and information on the respective job to the provider determined by your AI setting. Personal profile data therefore leave our servers. The match score displayed is intended as guidance for your job search.

Consent: AI-supported job matching and the application aids, in which personal profile details or texts are transmitted to an external language model, take place only with your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Insofar as the content you provide contains special categories of personal data, such as health information, your explicit consent also covers its processing under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future in the settings. These transmissions then no longer take place; the rule-based job search and other features without this processing remain usable. For the optional voice features with Microsoft Azure Speech, we obtain separate consent.

Application aids: for the coach features you call up, for example cover letters, interview preparation, ATS check, CV optimisation and salary negotiation, the profile details, input and job information used for the respective request are processed by the language model of the provider determined by your AI setting. You will find the providers and further processing terms in section 5.

AI settings: which provider supplies the language model depends on the AI setting you choose in your settings; if you make no choice, the setting “Recommended” applies. In the setting “European language model”, all requests to a language model relating to you go to Mistral AI SAS, France; voice output and voice input in interview training run in all settings via Microsoft Azure Speech in the “West Europe” data centre (section 5). If Mistral rejects a request or the service is unavailable, you receive no result, and your data are not forwarded to another provider. Features for which there is no European provider are not available in this setting. In the settings “Best quality” and “Recommended” we use Anthropic PBC, USA; the two settings differ in the quality of the model used, not in the provider. In these two settings we may assign individual features to another of the providers named here; we show you the current assignment when you choose the AI setting in your settings.

Before transmission to a language model, we replace designated details with placeholders: name, address, postcode, date and place of birth, nationality, marital status, health details, religion and profile addresses on LinkedIn and Xing. The city and professional positions remain for the matching. Our server re-inserts the replaced values in the response. We also remove email addresses and telephone numbers. Designated details are removed; details that are not recognisable as such, for example names of other people in running text or freely worded health details, may still be transmitted. We do not transmit files to language models, only the text extracted on our server.

Public content: employer dossiers contain AI-generated texts that may contain errors or outdated information and are labelled accordingly. Some of our illustrative images are generated via Hugging Face. For these editorial image descriptions we use fixed specifications and no personal data of our users. The images are stored on our server; your browser does not retrieve anything from the provider when displaying them. The Job Talk contains posts by users; it is not an AI chat.

AI results may be incomplete, biased or factually wrong. Check generated texts and information before using them. Information on recipients, storage and any use for training is given in section 5; on international transfers in section 10 and on the assessment in section 13.

10. International Transfers

A provider having its seat in the European Union does not automatically mean that all processing and all access take place within the European Economic Area. With the cloud, AI and payment services we use in particular, data may also be processed in other countries.

Transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area take place in the following cases: to Anthropic PBC in the USA if you use the AI setting “Best quality” or “Recommended”, on the basis of the standard contractual clauses agreed with Anthropic; to Stripe, where Stripe uses sub-processors outside the European Economic Area for payment processing, on the basis of the safeguards agreed there; and through the retrieval of company icons described in section 5, in which only a company's internet address and no data of yours are transmitted. In the setting “European language model” no transfer to Anthropic takes place.

For voice output and voice input in interview training we use Microsoft in all AI settings (section 5). Processing takes place in the “West Europe” data centre in the Netherlands; however, Microsoft belongs to a group headquartered in the USA, so a transfer to the USA and access by US authorities cannot be completely ruled out. Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on this (adequacy decision of the European Commission).

Where an adequacy decision of the European Commission applies, the transfer may be based on it. For the EU-US Data Privacy Framework this requires in particular that the specific US recipient is effectively certified and that the processing concerned is covered. Otherwise, agreed EU standard contractual clauses and any necessary supplementary measures apply in particular.

You can request information about the safeguards relevant to your data and a copy of the applicable contractual safeguards at datenschutz@jobs.q-bridges.com. Where necessary, we will redact protected details of third parties.

11. Supervisory Authority

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

For our registered office in Berlin, you may in particular contact:
Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information)
Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin
Phone: +49 30 13889-0
Email: mailbox@datenschutz-berlin.de
Website: https://www.datenschutz-berlin.de/

12. Changes

We update this policy when our processing or the legal requirements change. The date stated above identifies the published version. We will inform you of material changes in good time and in an appropriate manner, for example in your account or by email. Where consent is required for new processing, we obtain it separately before the processing begins. A change to this policy does not replace any required consent.

13. Profiling

Our job matching is an automated evaluation of professional profile information and therefore profiling within the meaning of the GDPR. It is intended to help you sort jobs by their possible fit. In particular, target positions, professional experience, skills, language skills, preferred regions and industries, and information in the job posting are taken into account. A language model supplements the calculation, as described in section 9.

The match score is a model-based assessment and not a statistically established probability of being hired. Incomplete profile data, shortened or outdated postings and model errors can affect the result. A high score does not guarantee an invitation or hiring; a low score does not mean that you are unsuitable.

The assessment affects the order and, depending on your filter settings, the visibility of jobs in our service. You decide for yourself whether to apply. In the applicant service described, we do not decide on the acceptance or rejection of an application and do not transmit the match score to employers for their selection decision.

You can change your profile information and search filters. If you have questions or objections regarding a specific assessment, you can contact datenschutz@jobs.q-bridges.com. We will review the request and explain the processing operation concerned; this does not include individual career advice or a commitment to any particular assessment result.

14. Data from external job sources

Our job information comes from external job boards, public employment services and employers' public career pages, including pages provided technically via applicant management systems. The source and the link to the original posting are stated with each job.

Such postings may contain personal business contact details of contact persons, for example names, business email addresses or telephone numbers. Insofar as we process these details, we do so to provide and update the job information on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is providing an up-to-date job search. Public accessibility does not remove the data protection rights of the persons concerned.

Scope of the contact details taken over, recipients and storage: we do not store contact details from job postings in separate fields. Before storing, we replace email addresses and telephone numbers in the posting text with a note that contact details have been removed at this point; names of contact persons remain in the posting text. The posting text is displayed in our service insofar as the source permits, and may be transmitted in shortened form, again cleaned of contact details, to the AI providers named in section 9. We store it for as long as the posting is kept in our stock; ended postings are archived. Contact persons concerned can contact datenschutz@jobs.q-bridges.com in particular for access, rectification, erasure or to object. The further rights and complaint options are described in sections 7 and 11.

Clicking on a StepStone posting takes you to the website of StepStone Deutschland GmbH. We do not transmit any data about you to StepStone in doing so: the link carries neither an identifier of your person nor a cookie. What is collected on the target page itself is governed by StepStone's privacy policy.

Data sources

15. Job Talk

The Job Talk is open to members with Basic or Premium access and during the trial period. With free access you cannot use it; in that case no data are processed for this feature.

If you publish posts in the Job Talk, your display name (for an anonymous post “Anonymous member” instead), the text of the post, its time and the reactions to it become visible to all logged-in members. The chat is divided into channels by language; every logged-in member can read and write in every channel.

The name suggestions when mentioning with “@”, the mention itself and the display of who is currently typing only reach participants of the same language channel, i.e. members who have a still visible, non-anonymous post there. Anyone who is mentioned receives an email unless they have switched off these notifications; an anonymous post mentions no one. Your email address is not searched or displayed anywhere in the chat. An anonymous post also remains anonymous in the display of who is currently typing. For moderation, our administrators can see which account a post comes from, even if it was published anonymously.

Please do not publish confidential documents or personal details of other people. We process posts for the communication feature you have chosen under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and for necessary moderation and prevention of misuse under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Storage and deletion of your posts: every message is deleted three days after it is sent, together with the reactions, mentions and reports that refer to it. This also applies to pinned messages. After the three days a message is no longer displayed, even if the daily deletion run fails on occasion.

You can submit reports of illegal content via the report function on the respective message in the chat. We then receive an email with the reported text, the reason given and the email address of the person reporting.

16. Company news

On company pages we show short news items about companies under “News”, for example a change in management. The purpose is to give applicants an up-to-date picture of a company they want to apply to.

For the people mentioned we process only their name and position. The only source is the company’s own public announcement (for example a press release on its website), which is linked from every item. The items are summarised with AI and labelled accordingly; only items that have been checked against the source are shown.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest, and that of our users, lies in information about potential employers; the company itself published the details, and we limit them to name and position.

We show a company news item for no longer than 24 months after the date of the event; after that it is hidden automatically. At most the three most recent items per company are shown.

As we do not collect these details from the people named and do not store any contact details for them, we do not inform them individually (Art. 14(5)(b) GDPR); this information is public. Data subjects can object at any time (Art. 21 GDPR) or request a correction - via “Report an error” on the item or at datenschutz@jobs.q-bridges.com. If removal of an item is requested, we hide it without delay.

17. Employer accounts and job postings

If you create an employer account, we process the details of your company (name, legal form, address, website and, if you wish, phone number, commercial register and establishment number of the German Federal Employment Agency), the name and business email address of the contact person, your password (only as a hash) and the version and time of your consent to the terms for employers.

The purpose is to review your company and to publish your job postings on MyJobFinder AI, including job search, matching (also with AI, see section 9), company pages and alerts. For each posting we count views and clicks on “Apply” only as figures, without reference to individual visitors. Applications do not go through us but through the route stated in the posting.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract for use of the employer area). We base the review of the company and the handling of reports about postings on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a reliable job board without abusive postings.

Reports about a posting (notice procedure under Art. 16 of the Digital Services Act): we process the stated reason, the text and, if provided, the email address of the reporting person in order to review the report (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

Passing job postings on to partner job boards is in preparation. It will only begin once it has been agreed; this policy will be updated beforehand.

Retention: we store job postings until twelve months after they expire or are blocked and then delete them; the copy in job search loses its text at that point. If you delete a posting yourself, it is removed immediately. Reports are deleted together with the posting. We store your account and company details until you delete the account.
