Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Q-Bridges GmbH, Hohenzollerndamm 193, 10717 Berlin, jobfinder@q-bridges.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
Early expiry for services. Your right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of services if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and confirmed your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract.
You can declare your withdrawal directly here. The contract ends immediately and the amount already paid is refunded. The period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract.
The confirmation goes to the registered address and states content, date and time. If the period has already expired we say so here - cancellation then remains: Cancel contract here
